What we collect, and why.

Short version: the only information we collect is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to reply to you. We don’t sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

The contact form

When you submit the form on our contact page, we collect your name, work email, company, industry, what you need help with, and your message. That information is sent directly to contact@andreastechgroup.com so we can respond.

We use a third-party email service (Resend) to deliver those messages. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox. This website does not store form submissions in a database — the email is the record.

To limit automated spam, the server briefly notes the IP address a submission came from so it can rate-limit repeated attempts. That record is held in memory only, is not written to disk, and is not tied to the contents of your message.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies, and it does not use advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-focused, cookieless service that reports aggregate traffic — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from — without building a profile of you or following you across other websites.

Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font service, so viewing these pages doesn’t send a request to an outside provider.

Server logs

Like any website, the service hosting this site keeps standard request logs, which can include IP addresses, browser type, and which pages were requested. Those logs are kept by the hosting provider for routine operational and security purposes.

How long we keep things

Messages you send us stay in our email the same way any business correspondence does. If you’d like us to delete an inquiry you sent, email contact@andreastechgroup.com and we will remove it.
